Return Policy

Our #1 objective is to create happy, satisfied customers that want to come back and shop with us over and over. If you feel that you need to return an item - for any reason - please contact us first. We will strive to make sure your shopping experience is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. When you contact us, you will need to comply with the following guidelines:

1. You must initiate a support ticket within 30 days of the purchase of the item.

   The item must still be in new condition and include all manuals and documents.

   Please tell us what the problem is and why you are requesting to return the item.

   If we approve the return, you will be responsible for the packaging and postage costs you incur. We suggest you keep the original shipping box. If it is still in good shape, you can use it to send the item back to us.

   If the item is returned and we approve to make a refund, any costs incurred by us will be deducted from the amount of the refund. We are usually able to refund the cost of the item less 5%. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event the return is not recieved in new condition with all packaging materials, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

2. If you choose to make an exchange, we will allow a credit of 100% of the cost of the item, providing the above requirements are met. You will only have to pay any additional shipping charges which we incur.
