Order Status Legend:

What each order status means

Pending: Your order information has been received, but is still pending another step before we can process it. Generally this means that we are still awaiting your payment.

Order Processing: Your payment method has been received and has been charged to you. Your order is now in the process of being created or manufactured. (Please note: Most of our items are custom made to order and this does take some time. Please see our shipping and returns page if you have any questions about this.)

Shipped: Your order has left our facilities and has been sent to you.

Partial Shipped: Your order has left our facilities and has been sent to you, and one or more item(s) are shipping seperately due to packaging needs.  Such as a fragile item sometimes needs to ship seperately from a heavier item to insure safe delivery without damage.  Or one or more item(s) are delayed and will ship out as soon as they arrive.

Awaiting CC Processing: We have received your credit card information but your card has not yet been charged. Back Order: The allotted shipping time has passed and one or more of the items in your order are currently not available.

Back Order: items will be shipped as soon as we are able to. (Please note: If you're your item is in back order you have 3 options to choose from, you may either wait for the item(s) to come in, you may request a substitution of equal value, or you may request a refund for that item.)

On Hold: There is a problem with your order and we are waiting for a response from you. Please contact us to correct the situation. Order Canceled: Your order has been cancelled. If you have been charged anything your money has been, or will be refunded.
